Our Circular Liquid Resource (CLR®) is a high-quality secondary raw material that can fully replace crude oil. It can either be used directly in chemical production or further processed in a refinery. For condensation polymers, the carboliq process isolates monomers that can be reused directly in the production of new plastics. This closes the plastic loop and creates the necessary foundation for using recyclates in high-quality new products.

Material evaluation
We work closely with our customers to evaluate their waste streams, assessing both their processability and potential oil yield via the carboliq process.
Up to 40 metric tons of customer material can be processed per test campaign at our pilot plant in Ennigerloh. We offer a range of services—from visual assessments and lab testing to multi-day campaign tests on the pilot plant, including direct marketing of the recovered products to the petrochemical industry. The results of the material evaluation provide a solid foundation for our customers’ long-term supply agreements or investment decisions regarding their own conversion capacity.

Plant construction & Licensing business
Plant construction
We support companies that are interested in carboliq technology and would like to use it under licence in their own operations by helping them to set up their own oil recovery plants. The plants are constructed by qualified plant engineers in accordance with our process specifications.
This ensures that carboliq technology is seamlessly integrated into your production infrastructure, allowing you to convert plastic waste into valuable secondary raw materials directly on site.
Licensing business
In addition, we offer companies with their own technical expertise the opportunity to purchase a licence to use carboliq technology. The purchase of a licence is usually accompanied by our specially developed core components, enabling you to safely integrate the carboliq process into your existing infrastructure.
